Important Info for Out-of-Market Buyers

We cannot hold this vehicle by accepting any form of down payment or deposit. Wisconsin law requires a binding purchase contract between us if we accept a deposit from you. Depending upon the vehicle, the amount of the deposit required at signing is $1,000-$2,000, which can be done with a debit or credit card over the phone. If you change your mind about purchasing the vehicle once you and we have signed a binding purchase contract, the deposit is not refundable.
Our dealership submits only Wisconsin and Illinois titling and tax forms, so we don’t have the required forms or the knowledge of other state or county laws to be able to register your vehicle or to collect sales tax. If you live outside of Wisconsin or Illinois, you would be responsible to do this.
If you are located outside of Wisconsin or northern Illinois, long distance difficulties mean we are unable to accept a trade-in vehicle and we will not be able to provide financing.
We will require a wire transfer for the full amount if you live outside of Wisconsin or northern IL.
We can handle the paperwork through Federal Express as we do not offer electronic documents. Because we aren’t present when you sign the documents, your signatures may need to be notarized.

Since it’s not likely you’ll be coming to Wisconsin to pick up your vehicle, you would be responsible to make arrangements to pick up the vehicle or to have it shipped to you. The vehicle can be picked up or shipped once we have received your signed documents and have received the wire transfer as payment in full.
